If the extensions you’re after are not available, we may be able to order some in for you. Get in touch with our customer service team and they will do their best to help.

Looking to purchase?

If you would like to buy a set of our extensions, this can be arranged with our customer service team. Contact us with the details of the extension colour, length and thickness yo’re after.

HOW IT WORKS

The Hair Hire Process

  • 1. Select & Hire

    Use our online rental gallery to choose the colour, length and thickness you want for your extensions.

    Select the date of your event, and whether you want the 4 day or 8 day hire period. Please note, the extensions will need to be returned to us within the hire period you select.

    Follow the checkout process to submit your booking. Here you’ll receive a copy of our Rental Agreement, pay your hire fee, and pay your security deposit.

  • 2. Extensions Sent

    Upon booking, you will advise us of the date you need your extensions for. Prior to this date we will express post your extensions to ensure they arrive on time. Once your extensions have been sent, we will send you an email with photos of the extensions and number of pieces being sent.

  • 3. Enjoy Your Extensions

    Your extensions will arrive washed and ready to wear. Once you receive them we recommend checking them over. If there is a problem of any kind, please email us ASAP so we can rectify it.

    Aside from that, enjoy your extensions and have an incredible event.

  • 4. Return your Extensions

    After you have worn the extensions at your event, take them out and comb them. Do not wash them, simply tie them together with the scrunchie provided and place them into the return postage bag provided.

    Express post the extensions back to us by placing them in the yellow express box or taking them into your local post office. Post them to ensure they are returned to us within the hire timeframe period you booked.

    Once your extensions have been shipped, email us a copy of the lodgement.

  • 5. Bond Refunded

    Once your extensions have arrived safely back to us, we will check them over to ensure they’re all in tact. After this your bond will be automatically refunded to you. If there are any issues with extensions, or if they arrive to us late, we will be contact with next steps.
